What is the cost of sending?
The cost of the shipment are as follows:
In the Netherlands there is a price premium of € 6.95;
Orders above € 250; sent currently FREE!
For the following countries a price of € 19.99 is applied;
Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Austria and Great Britain.
For other European countries, we use an amount of € 24.99.
I get a confirmation when my product was shipped?
If you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once the products are actually shipped, you will be well informed about it by e-mail.
How do you ship the items?
All our products are sent via DPD Post. If you are absent, the courier will deliver again later or leave a note which you can pick up your order later at the Post Office.
What is your delivery time?
After we do the total amount of your order received will B2B-wholesale.nl every effort to ship your order on the same day, however, you keep in mind that when you are on Friday after 17:00 and weekends in our places an order may only be shipped on Monday. The articles that are to be sent to the customer as quickly as possible in stock. For most items money that most products are delivered within 1-3 business days (within the Netherlands). We are dependent on the delivery mode of DPD. When unexpected DPD delivered late can we do anything about it. Note shipment abroad 4-5 working days.

Can I track the package when you sent it?
B2B-wholesale.nl collaborates with DPD, you will receive via email a track and trace code so you can track the package on the website of DPD. In that e-mail is all the info you need to track your package.


Warranty
How long is the warranty?
Naturally, all our products are made with great care. Should it occur that there is something wrong with one of our products, please do not claim the warranty. You namely on all our products Standard warranty as the law allows them to consumers. Obviously damage caused by improper use (dropping, etc.) excluded. You have no warranty on wear and intentional infliction of damage to your purchased product.
What do you mean satisfaction?
A sale is not concluded at the time that you have seen and approved the article! 

After receipt of the item you have 14 days right of withdrawal. You can exchange the item for a different size or simply return if you are not satisfied with what you have ordered, but always first to contact us if you want to return something. You can contact us by sending an email to [email protected].

What to do if I want to make a warranty claim?
Do you want to claim the warranty, you must contact us by [email protected]. You get asap instructions on further handling.
 
Returns
How can I cancel an order / return?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please do not return it. We strive to keep our customers satisfied with their purchase at B2B-wholesale.nl.

Follow this procedure for the return carefully:
Use within 14 days of receipt to the following address, please contact our customer service:

Returns must be reported to specified via [email protected] thereby:

- Address
- Invoice Number
- Reason for return (optional)

After confirmation of our customer service will send you the purchased product within 7 days back to us. Use for returning the returns form and send it along with your product back to us. You can download the return form here. You must also send a copy of your invoice. Follow the steps that are shown on our website under Sending and returns. 

Once we have received the goods in good order, you will receive within a few days of this confirmation. Then we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible but no later than 15 days.

To be entitled to the refund of the purchase price of the product must meet several conditions:
The products may be viewed, but not worn (intensive).
When we see that the product has been used extensively, do not claim on your return right.
All returned products must be sent to us in a normal and good condition, in the original, undamaged packing- if reasonably possible.

Where can I present my return package?

A return package can be delivered to the nearest post office.

Do I have to pay shipping costs if I return my order?

The cost of returning will be for your own account and risk. Not or insufficiently prepaid shipments will be refused.

If you want to exchange a product, please send the product back in the manner described in shipping and returns. Fill it always return the return form!
